Membership in the Royal Gardens Homeowners’ Association, Inc. is required for all new and existing Royal Gardens homeowners. With current membership dues, Royal Gardens property owners may vote on association issues.
RGHA Annual Dues
Dues must be paid by June 1 of each year.
RGHA dues are $125.00 per year. The Board has approved a $25.00 discount for early payment of dues. The discount is applied to all lots/homeowners if dues are paid prior to June 1st of each year. Therefore, if payment is made prior to June 1st the dues are only $100.00.

Neighborhood Appearance
As required by the subdivision covenants, all lots shall be kept in a good state of repair and appearance comparable to the better surrounding properties. No waste or damage to the premises shall continue unremoved or unrepaired.
Nothing shall be done on any lot and parcel which may be or may become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood. No weeds, underbrush, or other unsightly growths shall be permitted to grow or remain upon any lot. No refuse pile or unsightly objects shall be allowed to be placed or remain anywhere thereon.
